The location was very convenient, a short walk to Marble Arch. Check-in was easy, and the staff member at reception was friendly and very helpful. The price was cheaper than many other hotels nearby (i booked it a few days before).
The hotel did not have a dedicated space for luggage storage. Instead, it used a third-party app that required an extra fee, approximately 4-5€, which i found inconvenient.
